Keith W. Rabin
President


Mr. Keith W. Rabin serves as president of KWR International, Inc. (KWR); a consulting firm specializing in the delivery of research, communications and advisory services with a particular emphasis on economic and policy analysis, investment, trade and business development, public/investor relations, cross border transactions, business strategy and market entry programs. This includes engagements for the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Japan Bank for International Cooperation, Korea Securities Dealers Association (KSDA), Federation of Korean Industries (FKI), Korea Legislative Research Institute, Batam Industrial Development Authority (Indonesia), CMP Media/EE Times, Columbia University and numerous foreign and local governments and business associations. Corporate clients have also included several major law firms and financial institutions, investors, trading, insurance and distribution companies; asset management and professional service firms; philanthropic foundations, as well as start-ups, turnarounds, venture/technology-oriented companies and multinational corporations. KWR has also managed projects for several of the world's largest public relations firms, Nagase Kenko Corporation and ALTUS Print Club of Japan, Southpole/Wicked Fashions, the Consulate General of Indonesia, United Nations Office of Project Services (UNOPS), Korea Broadcasting Service (KBS), American Indonesian Chamber of Commerce, Legal, Technical and Advisory Services (LTAS), and the American Home Owners Association (AHA).

During his twenty years of experience as a manager and consultant, Mr. Rabin has served as an officer at Hill and Knowlton and Edelman Public Relations (two of the world's top ten public relations firms.) Mr. Rabin has also served as the president of a global trading company. He has been a consultant to major corporations, financial institutions, donor and government agencies and professional service firms. In these capacities, he has managed projects and programs for clients, including GE Capital Global Project and Structured Finance Corporation; Business Network Corporation; Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC); SK Group; American Red Cross; International Telecommunication Union; Korea International Trade Association (KITA); World Economic Development Congress; National Development Information Office of Indonesia; Department of Export Promotion of Thailand; USAID; and Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Cooperation of Albania.

Mr. Rabin frequently speaks on trade, investment and economic issues and has authored numerous articles for publications including Asia Times, Buyside, fDi Magazine, Financial Sense Online, Safe Haven, Kitco, 321Gold and 321Energy, Bridge News, Journal of Commerce, Market: Asia Pacific, Korea Herald, Asia Pacific Economic Review, Korea Economic Weekly, American Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Journal, Vietnam Investment Review and the Korea Local Government Foundation and Federation of Korean Industries Magazines. In addition, he serves as publisher of the KWR International Advisor, a globally-focused newsletter containing economic, political and financial analysis that is currently distributed to over 15,000 senior investors, analysts, executives, journalists, government officials and other targeted individuals in over 75 countries. He has been interviewed on numerous occasions by U.S. and foreign journalists and radio and television broadcasters and serves as a special advisor on the editorial board of Korean American Science and Technology News. He holds a masters degree in international business from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and a bachelors degree in Anthropology from the State University of New York at Albany. Mr. Rabin has extensive field experience in East, Southeast and South Asia, Eastern and Western Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.
